I feel blessed to share my story in The Path of the Priestess.  It couldn’t have come at a better time in my life, for I am sitting in the unknown, in the depth of this Pregnant Pause which I write from and to.

I am staying here in the city of Los Angeles for the first time in ten years. Writing my story for the book felt like an incredible full circle, as my story is focused on what unexpectedly unfolded when I lived here in Los Angeles 10 years ago.

I truly believe that when we trust in the divine unfolding of our lives—surrendered and open to what comes—we will be guided to the people, situations and opportunities that are most aligned with our highest purpose.

It wasn’t until I started writing my chapter that I truly recognized the strong sacred sexuality thread that has run through my life.  I had just finished a sexual wellness program with my friend Lara Catone before I sat down to write my chapter.  The wisdom I learned and my memories with Lara directly informed my writing and reflective process for the book. I could never have planned it so perfectly myself!

This whole process has been a remembrance in the knowing that I am exactly where I am supposed to be in each moment.  I followed my inner impulses and was led to this amazing circle of women to co-create and inspire you with our messages and our path.

Being in a reflective state is a very powerful place to be and invites us into the witness consciousness. As priestesses on the path, we must know how to be our own witness.  To be able to step outside of ourselves and see the bigger picture, to reflect on our life, our relationships, where we have come from and where we are called to go—our journey.

Telling my authentic story has helped me gain clarity on why I went through some of the trials and tribulations that I did.  Everything we experience in our lives is a gift.

Many times we do not see the gift until after the fact. What if you could fully accept and surrender and know that what ever is happening, however dark and hard it is, is divinely perfect?  Wisdom lies in knowing this to be true.

I believe that the highest form of living is inspiration, to be inspired and to inspire is exhilarating and puts us in a place of passionate creation.

My hope with this book is to inspire all of you to recognize and realize your own creative power and potential. I hope to ignite a place of remembrance in you, of who you were born to be and to inspire you to share your gifts and to shine your light.

The mango tree does not decide if it will grow mangos, it simply does. The Jasmine tree continues to offer it’s sweet succulent aroma without holding back!  Just like these trees it is your duty to shine your light and to share your gifts.  May this book be a gift in your life to ignite your own passion and remembrance as you share your gifts and discover your divine purpose.
